These Terms of Service govern your use of the Digital Vaikuntha mobile application. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Digital Vaikuntha is operated by Visible Chain Technologies Private Limited (DUNS: 767598484), a company registered in India with its office at Pune, Maharashtra, India. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to that company, and "you" and "your" refer to you as a user of the app.
You must be 18 years or older to create an account. The app is intended for a general devotee audience and is not directed at children. By registering you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
When using the app, you agree not to:
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms.
Devotional and educational content in the app — knowledge articles, e-books, audio, video, and images — is provided for the personal, non-commercial use of devotees. It remains the property of its respective owners and may not be redistributed commercially.
Content you upload (such as a profile photo) remains yours. By uploading it you grant us permission to store and display it within the app for the purpose of operating the service.
If you believe content in the app infringes your rights, write to [email protected] and we will review it.
The app lets you record seva requests and keep a history of your seva and donation activity in your profile. The app does not currently process payments. Any payment is arranged directly with the temple or community outside the app, and we do not collect or store card details, UPI PINs or bank credentials. If in-app payments are introduced later, these terms will be updated before that happens.
If you allow notifications, we send festival reminders, event alerts and community announcements. You can turn these off at any time in the app's settings or in your device settings. Service messages relating to your account, such as OTPs, are not optional while your account is active.
We work to keep the app available and accurate, but we provide it "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will always be complete or current. We may add, change or withdraw features at any time.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, or for loss of data caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable Indian law.
You may stop using the app at any time and delete your account from Profile → Delete account, or by following the instructions at digitalvaikuntha.com/delete-account. What happens to your data on deletion is set out in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or where required by law.
Our handling of your personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above and notified through the app. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
